If you have heard about there being a difference between the Old World and New World monkey, then you have heard correctly. You should know that Old World monkeys are larger than New World monkeys. However, you may be wondering how you can tell the difference when you do not have two monkeys to compare. You can easily tell the difference by looking at their nose. Old World monkeys have a narrow nose with nostrils that face down. New World monkeys have noses that are flat with their nostrils facing out to the sides of their head instead of facing down.
